Arrival & departure times
On your day of arrival your accommodation is available from 4.00pm. An earlier
check in can be arranged for an additional charge. We are happy to welcome you
at the park earlier where you can take advantage of the park facilities until your
accommodation is ready for you. In order for us to prepare for our next guests
we do ask that you vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on your day of
departure. A refundable key deposit of £20 is requested upon arrival. Your key
should be returned to reception to allow us to prepare for incoming guests.
Late arrivals
If you expect to arrive after 6.00pm on the first day of your stay, please let the
Park know so we can make arrangements for you to collect your keys. Unless the
Central Reservations Department is previously notified, you must claim your
accommodation by 8.00am on the day after your holiday was due to start,
otherwise your booking will be treated as cancelled.
We are here to help

General Manager at the Park at your earliest convenience or within 28 days of
the end of your holiday.
